About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the technical strategy, administration, governance, and adoption roadmap for Microsoft Copilot capabilities across the enterprise
  • Ensure Copilot is deployed, managed, secured, and continuously optimized across Microsoft 365 and related AI-enabled platforms
  • Serve as technical owner and strategic advisor for enterprise Copilot enablement
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Collaboration, Application Development, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders
  • Define standards, manage controls, evaluate new capabilities, and ensure responsible AI usage
  • Lead technical requirements gathering and design sessions for cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure service systems
  • Translate service and product vision to the MSP team and disseminate technical requirements and design documentation
  • Drive MSP teams to scope, design, and present Proofs of Concept
  • Create solution designs based on conceptual designs and business requirements
  • Lead the design of complex infrastructure service solutions
  • Approve specifications and set standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure solution design and implementation
  • Define technical roadmaps and strategies
  • Research and monitor new technologies to improve processes and optimize technological capabilities
  • Maintain service lifecycle management, including change, operational readiness, and new and deprecating technical features

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 6–8 years of related experience
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with identity and access management
  • Knowledge of data protection and information governance
  • Understanding of security operations
  • Knowledge of modern AI-powered productivity platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Security Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio
  • Knowledge of cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure service systems
  • Ability to lead technical requirements gathering and design sessions
  • Ability to evaluate project constraints, risks, new technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Ability to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks, business standards, and IT strategies
