About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build agentic features for accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury on the Truvio AI platform
Design prompts, tools and multi-step workflows that act reliably on ERP data, with clear human-review points
Create evaluation datasets with domain experts, including synthetic data
Improve accuracy, cost and latency using evaluation results
Ship features to production
Monitor quality, investigate failures and iterate using customer feedback
Work with product managers, consultants and customers to understand finance workflows and identify AI opportunities
Feed learnings back to the platform team to accelerate future feature development
Own features end to end, from workflow understanding and agent design through evaluation and production operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of software engineering experience
At least 1 year shipping LLM-powered features to real users
Strong Python and/or C#/.NET skills
Good product judgment
Experience with tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval and agent workflows
Rigorous approach to evaluation
Comfort working with messy business data, documents and APIs
Curiosity about how businesses run and patience to learn a domain deeply
Clear written English
Ability to explain AI trade-offs to non-engineers
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, another ERP, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, finance operations, Document AI, OCR, Azure AI Document Intelligence, or model fine-tuning/distillation is nice to have
