About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end architecture of Truvio's agentic platform, including agent reasoning over the context graph, ERP tool calls and human handoffs under Trust & Control
Lead the design and build of flagship agents for AP, AR and treasury
Write production code and establish reusable engineering patterns
Define AI engineering standards, evaluation methodology, quality gates, safety and governance controls, and cost and latency budgets
Make build, buy or partner decisions for models, frameworks and vendors and document those decisions
Mentor senior engineers across product teams and grow the AI engineering community through design reviews, AI Unplugged sessions and internal writing
Represent Truvio's AI technology with key customers, Microsoft and partners
Translate customer and partner learnings into the product roadmap
Identify product opportunities created by AI and bring them to product leadership
Work closely with the CTO, product leadership and platform team

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years leading the design of production AI or ML systems at scale
Track record of shipping LLM-based or agentic systems that real customers depend on, with measurable outcomes
Deep systems design skills: distributed systems, data modeling, APIs, security and multi-tenant SaaS
Strong hands-on coding in Python and/or C#/.NET
Expertise in evaluation, retrieval, tool calling and agent orchestration, including their failure modes
Experience setting technical direction across multiple teams without direct authority
Excellent written English
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse or another ERP (nice to have)
Background in finance operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing or treasury (nice to have)
Knowledge graphs, graph databases or semantic data modeling (nice to have)
Familiarity with the EU AI Act, GDPR and audit requirements for AI in regulated processes (nice to have)
Publications, open source work or conference talks in applied AI (nice to have)
