Key responsibilities & impact

Own projects from contract signature through post-launch, delivering on time, in scope and on budget
Turn contracts into work breakdowns with estimates and close discovery with the Solution Architect
Maintain a backlog with solution design traceability, acceptance criteria, estimates and dependencies
Keep project records complete, including recording and filing project meetings
Run projects week to week by communicating budget burn, risks, mitigations, blockers, dependencies and status
Manage scope changes through change control
Maintain customer relationships and team health
Handle customer escalations and present rebaselines and change orders
Mentor Project Managers
Build templates, dashboards and working practices for the PMO

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
Seven or more years managing software implementation projects with a contracted budget for enterprise customers
Commerce, PIM or ERP integration projects in the Microsoft ecosystem strongly preferred
Experience delivering in an AI-accelerated methodology
Track record of turning a Statement of Work and change orders into a work breakdown that rolls up to the contract
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 from the project side
Fluency with work management, time tracking and financial tools
Ability to write work definitions and acceptance criteria
Ability to manage enterprise customer conversations and change orders
Ability to read budget burn and act on deviations
Ability to hold several accounts simultaneously
Daily use and review of AI tools
