About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and further develop the Microsoft server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, certification authorities, virtualization, backup, and recovery
Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 platform, including identity management, Exchange Online, Intune endpoint management, and security and compliance solutions
Automate and digitize business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps
Provide second-level support for Microsoft 365 and server environments, and assist with technical challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in computer science, vocational training as an IT Specialist, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server management, including backup
Analytical thinking and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills
