Associate/Senior Associate – Client Solutions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform high-quality research to understand client needs and vet the relevance and qualifications of experts
- Independently identify relevant industry professionals and experts for client requests and projects
- Pitch Lynk’s value proposition and recruit experts to join the Lynk network
- Conduct informed conversations to assess expert expertise and fit for projects
- Manage expert relationships, including communication about payment cycles and assisting with queries
- Build and strengthen client relationships through high-quality delivery and proactive project updates
- Obtain timely client feedback and ensure high engagement through regular touchpoints
- Match relevant experts to client projects within client timelines
- Grow and retain the user base through excellent client servicing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic track record
- 2–6 years of relevant work experience in expert network, client servicing, project management, recruitment, customer service, or sales development roles
- Past experience managing revenue-based quotas/targets
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent at cold-calling mid-to-senior level professionals
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changes, with a tendency toward hustle to get things done
- Passion for client servicing
- Flexible and excited about working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English
- Experience working in the Expert Network, Consulting, Market Research, or Recruiting industry is preferred
