About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and scale a new Splunk consulting capability at TTEC Digital
- Define and execute the Splunk go-to-market strategy with sales, alliances, and executive leadership
- Develop relationships with Splunk and Cisco leaders, field sellers, solution teams, and partner managers
- Lead technical qualification, discovery workshops, executive presentations, demonstrations, architecture sessions, and pursuit strategy
- Translate customer needs into differentiated Splunk solutions and communicate value to executive and technical audiences
- Support proposals, RFP responses, estimates, architecture diagrams, pricing inputs, and Statements of Work
- Build qualified pipeline, secure initial reference customers, and expand successful engagements
- Serve as senior Splunk technical authority and trusted advisor
- Design secure, scalable solutions across Splunk Cloud, Splunk Enterprise, Enterprise Security, ITSI, Observability, and related capabilities
- Architect Splunk integrations across CCaaS platforms, including integration patterns, data ingestion strategies, telemetry models, security requirements, and reference architectures
- Develop assessments, target architectures, implementation approaches, migration strategies, roadmaps, and operating models
- Build the Splunk Professional Services Practice, including business plan, operating model, service portfolio, staffing strategy, and growth roadmap
- Define market-ready services, delivery methodologies, implementation frameworks, governance, quality controls, estimating models, Statements of Work, runbooks, and accelerators
- Establish practice plans covering bookings, revenue, backlog, utilization, margin, capacity, skills, investments, and growth priorities
- Lead early engagements and transition to portfolio and practice oversight as the team scales
- Establish delivery standards and act as the senior escalation point for technical risk, scope issues, architecture decisions, and strategic customer concerns
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop consulting talent
- Establish career paths, competency expectations, certification plans, mentoring, and continuing education
- Own the professional services relationship with Splunk and coordinate with Cisco leadership and alliance teams
- Develop joint account strategies, field enablement, customer workshops, integrated offerings, and co-selling motions
- Track practice strategy, customer wins, delivery performance, financial objectives, repeatable methodologies, partner relationships, and team scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise across architecture, design, implementation, integration, migration, optimization, and operations
- Expertise in one or more Splunk-aligned domains such as SIEM, security operations, observability, IT operations, service intelligence, automation, compliance, or enterprise data analytics
- Proven client-facing consulting experience in professional services, systems integration, technology consulting, or a vendor partner environment
- Architect-level experience with a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform is required
- Experience leading technical discovery, solution architecture, estimation, proposals, Statements of Work, presentations, and complex customer discussions
- Demonstrated ability to build, launch, lead, or materially grow a consulting practice, service line, technical capability, or portfolio of offerings
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, service offerings, delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and business plans
- Understanding of professional services economics, including bookings, revenue, backlog, utilization, margin, staffing, demand management, and delivery risk
- Strong executive presence, written communication, commercial judgment, and ability to translate technology into business outcomes
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating across sales, alliances, and delivery teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Preferred: current or previous advanced Splunk certification, such as Splunk Architect or Splunk Administrator
- Preferred: experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk IT Service Intelligence, or Splunk Observability
- Preferred: experience hiring, developing, mentoring, and leading technical consulting teams
- Preferred: experience with managed services, recurring services, or ongoing advisory models
- Preferred: familiarity with Cisco technologies, partner programs, sales motions, or professional services
- Preferred: experience integrating Splunk with multiple CCaaS, customer experience, CRM, cloud, networking, security, infrastructure, and enterprise data platforms
