About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Talent Agenda across five Integrated Electronics manufacturing sites and the IE Program Management function
  • Develop and execute the Integrated Electronics human resource and talent strategy
  • Direct employee relations, team engagement, performance management, benefits, compensation, labor and regulatory compliance, recruiting, policy interpretation, and HR program implementation
  • Partner with the SVP, IE, VP Operations, IE, HR Centers of Expertise, and Global HR leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with enterprise HR and business strategies
  • Lead transformation initiatives in organizational development, organization planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee relations
  • Provide strategic leadership in change leadership, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and talent management
  • Co-lead talent and performance initiatives
  • Support growth, margin improvement, acquisition diligence, and integration
  • Lead cultural and change initiatives
  • Manage HR projects, communications, peer collaboration, strategy, key processes, and special projects
  • Support talent management and succession planning; develop, evaluate, and mobilize talent
  • Coach HR Managers and foster collaborative team dynamics
  • Strengthen and standardize HR policies, processes, and activities for compliance
  • Monitor labor market developments and recommend programs to acquire, motivate, and retain critical resources
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to proactively meet and optimize staffing needs
  • Travel frequently for business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience handling the full spectrum of HR disciplines in manufacturing
  • Experience in multi-state/site operations
  • Professional certification by HRCI or SHRM strongly preferred
  • Sound knowledge of U.S., NY, NH, CT and CO employment laws and their implications in HR management
  • Manufacturing background is required
  • Employee relations experience is critical
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Professional facilitation skills
  • Ability to handle details accurately and manage multiple tasks
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience preferred
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR and OFAC laws
  • Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand restricted access for US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
  • Must recognize Foreign Person visitors and follow authorization procedures
  • Must understand export requirements for shipments leaving the US
  • Must manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
