About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned strategic A&D accounts and programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer program management, engineering, supply chain, and technical contacts
  • Engage customers to understand mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and emerging capability gaps
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic account opportunities aligned with TTM’s A&D strategy and capabilities
  • Lead and coordinate new product, technology, and program introductions across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functions
  • Develop solutions meeting or exceeding customer requirements in price, performance, quality, and delivery
  • Translate customer needs and priorities into actionable business strategies and program objectives
  • Oversee customer programs across TTM sites, including materials, manufacturing activities, product transitions, and project execution
  • Identify and resolve barriers or complex customer issues affecting program execution, satisfaction, or growth
  • Monitor customer performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery and quality performance, and coordinate improvement actions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development leadership on customer activity, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and limited travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in program management, strategic account management, business development, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the PCB/microelectronics industry and A&D customer requirements preferred
  • A&D industry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with A&D customers and influence requirements through strategic engagement and technical credibility
  • Ability to identify, develop, and capture new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple programs and opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM and capture/proposal management tools preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR regulations
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws
