Key responsibilities & impact

Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence to analyze large datasets and derive insights
Lead diverse data projects and provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decisions
Apply statistical rigor, metric alignment, transparency, and effectiveness to decision-making
Help refine recommendation models to elevate user experiences
Identify strategies to optimize new and returning user experiences
Evaluate experimental designs, including pre-test planning, in-flight monitoring, and post-experiment analysis for graduation decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build pipelines and tools and make business-impacting decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology or related field
One (1) year of experience in the position offered or related occupation
Experience with product analytics and event-level data
Programming and data manipulation using SQL, Python, and Spark
Statistical analysis and deriving insights from large datasets
Presenting complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Experimental design and A/B testing
Applying causal inference methods to business or product problems
Creating clear and effective data visualizations and dashboards
