About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee Sales, Production, and project financial projections, budgeting, and reporting for companies in Sweden within the Nordic region
Manage budgets, forecasts, sales and cost tracking, and performance analysis for shared resources
Monitor revenue, pricing, margins, costs, resource utilisation, and variances against plan
Support sales teams with commercial calculations and analysis of new opportunities
Monitor project budgets, actual costs, costs to complete, and expected results
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, reflecting risks and opportunities
Provide performance reports and analysis of results, variances, and cash flow to management and operational teams
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations
Support Nordic financial consolidation processes as a backup resource
Identify cost savings and process improvements
Partner with department heads and support strategic decision-making with data-driven analysis
Develop financial models to assess business performance and opportunities
Support audits and internal controls
Act as ERP and BI systems super user, troubleshoot issues, and support enhancements
Train team members on ERP and BI systems
Contribute to the planned ERP and BI system upgrade
Facilitate communication across regional stakeholders
Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements

Experience working in the finance function of a global organisation
Experience collaborating across regions
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements
Ability to deliver high-quality and timely reports
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust and transparency with stakeholders
Ownership of tasks and projects, with accountability and follow-through
Knowledge of industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices
Ability to support ERP and BI system upgrades, including user training and adoption

Strong focus on accuracy and professionalism in financial reporting and business analysis
