About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer the identity platform, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews
Manage macOS, Windows, and Linux devices via MDM, including imaging, configuration, patching, and compliance
Build automation for employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management
Administer core SaaS applications and build API- and script-based integrations
Partner with the security team on corporate security controls, endpoint hardening, and least-privilege access
Design self-service internal tooling and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and endpoint issues
Improve monitoring and observability across corporate systems
Document systems and mentor other IT team members
Own key corporate systems and automate meaningful portions of the employee lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with identity providers, including Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace
Experience with MDM tooling
Experience administering and integrating SaaS applications at scale
Solid scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
Experience implementing corporate security controls
Strong troubleshooting skills
Relevant certifications are a bonus
