Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze business, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics
  • Monitor business performance and provide insights for strategic planning, forecasting, and resource management
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Support business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational transformation initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and develop reporting solutions for operational, financial, and project performance visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, drive operational initiatives, and support business objectives
  • Prepare and present actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level reports to leadership teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, performance management, consulting, project controls, or operational support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with ERP, financial, or business management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable
