About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account
- Manage real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
- Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
- Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules
- Track project progress and report status and variances
- Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
- Apply principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
- Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction preferred
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in the Mountain time zone
