About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve strategic business objectives
- Support a financial retail banking client on a large volume of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects
- Manage all areas of singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
- Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
- Direct project delivery teams by providing guidance and direction
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
- Track project progress and report status and variances
- Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
- Apply principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
- Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines
- Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within related teams
- Explain difficult or sensitive information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills
- Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
- Pacific Time Zone work location
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
