About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account
Manage real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals
Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
Track project progress and report status and variances
Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Apply construction project management principles and techniques to complex assignments
Coach others and share job-discipline knowledge
Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams
Support high-volume financial retail banking construction projects, including HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to construction is preferred
Strong organizational and management skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
Effective presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
Strong communication skills
Central Time Zone availability
