About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account
Support a financial retail banking client on high-volume construction projects
Manage HVAC, roofing, parking lot, and related real estate projects
Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations
Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity
Direct project delivery teams and create action plans
Track project progress and report status and variances
Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Apply project management principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines
Explain difficult or sensitive information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills
Ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
Pacific Time Zone availability
On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
