About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account
Manage high-volume retail banking construction projects involving HVAC, roofing, parking lots, and related upgrades
Manage projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations
Recommend resources to clients
Implement project documentation governance and maintain accurate project data
Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance
Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules
Track project progress and report status and variances
Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Coach others and share knowledge
Explain difficult or sensitive information to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-8 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial calculations
Ability to work remotely in the Pacific Time Zone
