About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account
Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion
Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources
Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources
Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
Ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
Facilitate regular project status meetings
Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
Develop improved methods and contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
Coach others and model CBRE RISE values
Persuade senior stakeholders and influence multidisciplinary teams
Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required
Bluebeam experience is beneficial
Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
