Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account
Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion
Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
Conduct complex requests for proposals and complete bid evaluations
Recommend project resources to clients
Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
Facilitate regular project status meetings
Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
Develop improved methods for individual and department objectives
Coach others and develop functional expertise
Lead by example in accordance with CBRE RISE values
Persuade senior stakeholders and those with divergent interests to adopt different viewpoints
Impact customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Construction management experience within a multiuse industrial and logistics commercial facility desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software required
Bluebeam experience beneficial

Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact
