About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support data collection, preparation, and consolidation from internal and external data sources
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through cleaning, validation, and quality checks
Perform exploratory and routine data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Support development, testing, and monitoring of AI and machine learning models
Prepare training datasets and performance outputs
Assist with data analytics and AI frameworks, tools, standards, and governance practices
Support data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
Measure, track, and report data and AI performance metrics
Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI or Tableau
Develop and maintain AI Agents to automate tasks with corporate functions
Provide analytical inputs to business teams, project teams, and leadership
Respond to ad-hoc data requests, audits, internal reviews, and stakeholder queries
Collaborate with operations teams on AI-driven initiatives and projects
Support continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, or a related field
Internship, academic projects, or entry-level experience in data or analytics preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Foundational proficiency in Python, SQL, or R
Experience in developing AI Agents
Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning concepts
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau desirable
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, professional environment
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn emerging AI and data technologies
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric and commercially aware approach
0–2 years’ experience in data analytics, AI support, business analytics, or related roles, including internships or academic projects
Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or AI tools in a corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environment preferred
Basic experience supporting data governance, reporting, or analytics initiatives under supervision
