About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services for client accounts to support strategic business objectives
- Support project governance activities across the client portfolio
- Maintain governance frameworks for stakeholder engagement and design standards compliance
- Develop and maintain project reporting and compliance dashboards for leadership review
- Monitor project compliance and performance metrics across multiple projects
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support client stakeholders, project executives, and project managers through training, documentation, and hypercare support
- Coordinate change management and communications across client stakeholder teams
- Maintain stakeholder Points-of-Contact records and track engagements
- Support continuous improvement of governance practices, reporting capabilities, and project controls
- Promote data integrity and maintain accurate program management documentation and reporting tools
- Lead by example in accordance with CBRE RISE values
- Travel up to 25% overnight throughout the United States may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, program management, project coordination, business analysis, or related functions
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management practices
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance analytics
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
