About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all areas of singular real estate projects from initiation through completion
Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
Direct project delivery teams by providing guidance and direction
Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules
Track project progress and report status and variances
Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Apply principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
Coach others and share job-discipline knowledge
Explain difficult or sensitive information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills
Ability to calculate mildly complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations
