Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all areas of singular real estate projects from planning, design, and construction through occupancy and closeout
Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated
Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction
Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
Track project progress and report status and variances
Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines
Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within related teams
Explain difficult or sensitive information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills
Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations
