About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account
  • Support a financial retail banking client on a high volume of construction projects
  • Manage real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
  • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
  • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
  • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
  • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
  • Direct project delivery teams with guidance and direction
  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules
  • Track project progress and report status and variances
  • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
  • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
  • Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
  • Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines
  • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in the Central Time Zone
  • SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable
