About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account
- Manage high-volume retail banking construction projects, including HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades
- Manage all areas of real estate project management from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
- Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
- Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules
- Track project progress and report status and variances
- Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
- Apply standard principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
- Coach others and share job-discipline knowledge
- Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams
- Work within broad guidelines and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in the Central Time Zone
- SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable
