About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to achieve strategic business objectives
Support a financial retail banking client on a large volume of projects
Manage projects involving HVAC, roofing, parking lot upgrades, and related construction work
Manage all areas of singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals
Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
Track project progress and report status and variances
Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Apply standard principles and techniques to complete complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to construction preferred
Strong organizational and management skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
Effective presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in the Mountain time zone
No travel required
