About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and report to assigned Project Managers or Project Directors
  • Interact frequently with the Owner/Client, consultants, design professionals, and contractors
  • Assist Project Managers in managing, coordinating, and administering projects through design and construction phases
  • Ensure client services are delivered at the highest level
  • Prepare reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout documents, and client presentations
  • Maintain project information in project management software
  • Coordinate project team meetings
  • Communicate conceptual designs
  • Create and maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction
  • Maintain Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural elements
  • Review and inform design RFPs
  • Manage external design consultants through design and construction
  • Communicate design standards to internal and external project partners
  • Develop innovative solutions to reduce costs without negatively affecting quality or reliability
  • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs
  • Experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works
  • Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
  • Architectural background in the construction industry
  • On-site requirements may change based on client needs
