About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall organizational management of the project
- Responsibility for project controlling, schedule, budget, and resource management
- Monitoring critical project milestones
- Risk management and escalation management
- Stakeholder and governance management
- Preparation of decision-making and management materials
- Leading and coordinating workshops and project meetings
- Managing and continuously improving PMO processes and tools
- Functional leadership of up to two team members

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in complex project or program environments
- Experience in a PMO environment
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in governance and committee management
- Excellent knowledge of project controlling
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector (nice to have)
- Knowledge of capacity markets (nice to have)
- Experience with regulatory projects (nice to have)
