About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall organizational coordination of the project
Responsibility for project controlling, schedule, budget, and resource management
Monitoring critical project milestones
Risk management and escalation management

Leading and coordinating workshops and project meetings
Managing and continuously improving PMO processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in complex project or program environments
Experience in a PMO environment
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience in governance and steering committee management
Very good knowledge of project controlling
Fluent in German and English
Nice to have: Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector
Nice to have: Knowledge of the capacity market
Nice to have: Experience with regulatory projects
