About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, risk frameworks, templates, and best practices across the program
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations, Cost Risk Assessments, and Schedule Risk Assessments
- Analyze project schedules, critical path risks, schedule uncertainty, and opportunities for improvement
- Perform root cause analysis on significant risk events, schedule impacts, and recurring program issues
- Support program-wide risk governance, risk processes, reporting, and controls across multiple projects
- Monitor risk exposure and remaining risk budget
- Lead risk workshops at construction kickoff and facilitate workshops with contractors, engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, and project controls stakeholders
- Maintain and regularly update project risk registers
- Undertake end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects and programs
- Create risk management plans and processes aligned with client requirements and frameworks
- Conduct regular risk reviews, develop response plans, and monitor and report project and program risk profiles
- Track mitigation actions, assign owners, and monitor progress through closure
- Integrate risk management with cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting
- Collaborate with program and project controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify improvements
- Create value stream mapping to quantify pain points and develop solutions to minimize waste
- Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs
- Experience in design, architecture, or civil works
- Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
