About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services for a financial services client account
Lead office infrastructure and facility renovation construction projects nationally, with a focus on the Southeast region of the United States
Manage HVAC, chiller, UPS, generator, MEP upgrade, and interior and exterior renovation projects in occupied office facilities
Serve as Owner’s Representative from project initiation through completion
Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for multiple real estate projects
Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification
Report to the Project Management Director and other business leaders
Manage and coach other Project Managers
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
Ensure functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or advanced
Facilitate regular project status meetings
Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
Lead by example and model company values
Anticipate objections and persuade senior stakeholders with divergent interests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client desired
Infrastructure/MEP experience desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project
Procore and Textura experience beneficial
Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity
Ability to lead delivery resources projects required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages
Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
