About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services to assigned markets or high-profile client accounts
- Manage multiple healthcare projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources through pre-qualified lists or project qualification processes
- Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
- Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
- Ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
- Lead regular project status meetings
- Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
- Develop improved methods for individual and department objectives
- Coach others and develop functional expertise
- Influence senior stakeholders and divergent interests
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
- Communicate difficult and complex ideas to influence outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be located in California
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
