About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion
Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption
Work with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes
Conduct requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources
Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
Facilitate regular project status meetings
Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
Develop improved methods and contribute to products, processes, standards, and operational plans
Coach others and model organizational values
Influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams
Support SOX control responsibilities where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
Financial services client experience required
Retail construction program experience highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
