About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion
- Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Coordinate renovations within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption
- Prepare project scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification with clients
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources
- Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
- Ensure project functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
- Facilitate regular project status meetings
- Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
- Coach others and lead by example
- Influence stakeholders and communicate difficult and complex ideas
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- Financial services client experience required
- Retail construction program experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
- Up to 25%-30% regional travel either in the Eastern or Central time zones may be required
