About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion
  • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
  • Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption
  • Prepare project scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
  • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
  • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
  • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
  • Ensure project functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
  • Facilitate regular status meetings for active and pending projects
  • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
  • Coach others and contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
  • Communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Financial services client experience required
  • Retail construction program experience highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
  • Expert organizational skills
  • Advanced inquisitive mentality
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
