About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption
- Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification with clients
- Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations
- Recommend project resources to clients
- Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
- Monitor schedules and resolve or escalate issues
- Facilitate regular project status meetings
- Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
- Develop improved methods, processes, standards, and operational plans
- Coach others and model organizational values
- Influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas
- Support customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams
- Potentially fulfill SOX control responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Financial services client experience required
- Retail construction program experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 25%–30% in the Eastern or Central time zones
