About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple regional retail bank renovation real estate projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption
- Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources through pre-qualified lists or qualification processes
- Conduct complex requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources
- Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
- Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
- Facilitate regular status meetings for active and pending projects
- Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
- Develop improved methods, contribute to processes and operational plans, and influence stakeholders
- Coach others and lead by example
- Travel regionally up to 25%-30% in either the Eastern or Central time zones
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree
- Financial services client experience required
- Retail construction program experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
