About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a two-year structured graduate pathway in IAM or Risk, Security and Controls
  • Support client projects and multidisciplinary engagements
  • Assist with IAM strategies, target operating models, process improvement, software configuration, system integration, business analysis and policy implementation
  • Support risk management, security assurance, controls advisory, governance frameworks, security risk evaluation and business control improvement
  • Work with SAP applications to assess and improve internal controls and operational processes
  • Support vulnerability and threat detection for SAP environments
  • Deliver access governance and authorisation-based solutions within SAP applications
  • Support implementation of GRC technology
  • Assist with data analysis, control-gap identification, risk assessments and compliance reviews
  • Support application or solution implementation, including testing and validation
  • Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure project tasks meet quality standards
  • Assist managed service engagements and ongoing customer-operation improvements
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, calls and relationship-building
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and practice development, including HR, marketing, events and team social activities
  • Develop technical, consulting, teamwork, collaboration, time-management and problem-solving skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Honours degree in any subject
  • Three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent)
  • Minimum grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in the candidate’s home language if they do not hold English Language GCSE
  • Permanent right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered
  • Valid visa for travel outside the UK, if applicable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills to investigate and solve complex problems structurally
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Flexibility to work on multiple project types
  • Coding skills advantageous but not essential
  • Basic understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux advantageous but not essential
  • Must obtain and pass the CISMP examination to advance to the second year
  • Ability to travel to the London office approximately three times per week
