About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, social and display assets, email, web pages, and event materials
  • Work within brand guidelines and component libraries and extend them into new formats
  • Translate briefs into final designs quickly while refining typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and visual details
  • Take on increasing scope, including campaign concepts, web design, and brand extensions
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, design, and sales partners
  • Share work in progress, incorporate feedback, and communicate questions early
  • Support lead designers on larger brand projects and apply learnings to daily work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years as a brand, visual, or marketing designer or equivalent internship and freelance experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating craft and range
  • Fluency and speed in Figma
  • Working command of Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and other design tooling
  • Comfort using AI tools in the workflow
  • Ability to interpret high-level direction and apply it to tasks
  • Ability to flag unclear briefs
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Bonus: basic motion or animation experience
  • Bonus: experience with Webflow and Canva
  • Bonus: understanding how to simplify complex subjects
  • Current authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided
