About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Consolidate, analyze, and report financial results and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and insights for leadership teams
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive informed decision-making and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience interpreting and presenting financial data to business stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
