Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in wine, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a field sales team
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. three-tier system and distributor management
  • Ability to build credibility and influence distributor partners, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to use data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Northern California
