Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment, with focus on execution and delivery
  • Strong leadership skills with high agency, customer focus, problem-solving ability, and an outcome-driven mindset
  • Expertise in back-end and front-end technology stacks, including Python, JavaScript, Django (DRF), HTML, CSS, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS
  • Enthusiasm about modern agentic AI tooling and concepts like context engineering
  • Active usage of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with constant exploration and search for further efficiency gains
  • Comfortable operating in Agile development environments
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Excellent written and spoken English
