About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+
- Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week
- Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including therapy sessions and new client assessments
- Attend manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
- Complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independently licensed in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the entire cost
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- 6+ months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9
- Comfort with EHR systems
- Availability for 8–24 total hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST
