About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+)
Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week
Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including therapy sessions and new client assessments
Attend manager check-ins: 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly
Use data to drive treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress
Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
Complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
Participate in recruiter and clinical interviews during the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independently licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the entire cost
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
6+ months of teletherapy experience
Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
Comfort with EHR systems
Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. MST
Commitment to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability
