About the role

- Work 40 hours per week on rotational night shifts starting from 8pm Malaysia Time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Cable-Modem or Fiber Optic WIFI; broadband or mobile data not accepted
- Internet download speed > 5 Mbps
- Internet upload speed > 3 Mbps
- Ping < 50 Mbps
- Jitter < 30 Mbps
- Laptop/MacBook/Chromebook with webcam/camera
- Windows 11 version 23H2, macOS 12 or above, or current ChromeOS
- Updated antivirus and internet browser; no Kaspersky products
- Android 13 or above or iOS 16 or above mobile phone for backup operations
- No Huawei, Samsung A Series, iPad C tablets, or iPhone 6 and below
- Must use own devices
- Availability for night shifts in Malaysia Time, with rotational shifts starting from 8pm
- 12-month renewable contract
