About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze clients’ data landscapes and business models
Develop data and AI strategies as well as tailored use cases
Design and sustainably implement profitable use cases using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
Develop and implement AI-based automations with n8n, Make.com, and other tools
Optimize business processes through scalable AI automations
Conduct exploratory analyses using large datasets
Develop dashboards
Translate numbers into stories, data-driven recommendations, and decision-making insights
Work with clients to implement Data & AI solutions with measurable impact
Support clients from strategic concepts through enablement to implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of data science, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
Experience working with large datasets
Ability to implement Data & AI use cases from ideation through operational execution
Strategic and commercial thinking, with an understanding of business models
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel, n8n, and APIs
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools
Passion for data-driven solutions and a strong sense of ownership
Fluent German (C1+)
Good English skills are a plus
