Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze operational metrics across the value chain from booking to delivery
Identify inefficiencies and derive actionable, data-driven recommendations
Analyze advertising sales workflows and develop optimization measures
Support system landscape modernization and system or data migrations
Implement automated interfaces and optimize processes and data models
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
Provide management and operational teams with decision-making insights
Review and simulate pricing and discount structures
Ensure pricing logic is technically feasible within company systems
Optimize booking-process logic
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Bridge Sales, Operations, Controlling, and IT
Support change management during system transitions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration with an analytical focus) or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
In-depth experience in data modeling
Experience creating automated reports using Power BI or equivalent BI tools
Basic knowledge of SQL and DAX
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Proven experience supporting system or data migrations
Understanding of data consistency and end-to-end process chains
Ability to comprehend complex mathematical and business logic, including discount tiers and pricing structures
Ability to translate and present complex data-driven insights to various stakeholders
Fluency in English
Knowledge of German or French is a plus
Media or Sales knowledge is a plus
