About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the design and evolution of Hybrid Cloud architectures (SDN, Kubernetes, AWS)
Prepare Technical Architecture Documents (TADs) and conduct PoCs
Contribute to IT integration projects during the international acquisition of new companies
Industrialize infrastructure provisioning using Terraform/OpenTofu
Integrate Infrastructure as Code into GitLab CI pipelines
Automate the deployment and management of containerized applications using Helm and Kustomize
Develop and administer VMware VCF, vSphere, vSAN, and NSX-T environments
Administer on-premises Kubernetes clusters and AWS EKS
Ensure cluster security and harden Linux systems
Resolve complex N2/N3 incidents while ensuring high availability
Operate and enhance the Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK monitoring stack

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree in computer science or a related field (Master’s degree, engineering school, or equivalent)
Significant experience of 5 or more years with critical or distributed infrastructure
Strong knowledge of VMware platforms (VCF/NSX-T) and Linux systems
Strong interest in, or initial experience with, Kubernetes and automation (Terraform)
Methodological rigor (ITIL culture), strong analytical and summarization skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
Ability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Professional working proficiency in English (international communication and technical documentation)
Proficiency in or experience with VMware VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Helm, GitOps, AWS Core (EC2, S3, VPC), Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI, Ansible, Bash, Python, Linux (Alma, Ubuntu), Dell PowerScale/PowerStore/PowerEdge, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
