About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the operation and maintenance of infrastructure in operational condition
Monitor the availability, performance, capacity, and security of environments
Lead incidents, changes, and improvement initiatives in accordance with ITIL practices
Manage relationships with suppliers, managed service providers, and hardware manufacturers
Prepare and chair operational governance meetings and monitor action plans
Track KPIs, dashboards, and service indicators
Contribute to technical roadmaps and infrastructure evolution projects
Participate in ceremonies and PI Planning in a SAFe / Agile environment
Contribute to the drafting and review of architecture documents and High-Level Design (HLD) documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a SAFe / Agile environment is required
Experience leading IT infrastructure operations
Strong knowledge of infrastructure environments and their operation
Proficiency in ITIL / ITSM principles
Experience managing suppliers and managed service providers
Ability to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and action plans
Proficiency with monitoring and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams
Desired technical skills: Block Storage / SAN / NAS, Backup / Commvault, Data / DBaaS, Object Storage / S3
